Yes! Precure 5 Go! Go! is a manga adaptation of the 2008 Precure anime season of the same name. Futago Kamikita wrote it.
The Yes! Pretty Cure 5 GoGo! Manga was serialized in Nakayoshi from Japan's March 2008 to February 2009 issues. Three chapters were published in Nakayoshi Lovely from the Spring to Summer 2008 issues.
In 2015, under the new Pretty Cure Collection label, all the chapters were collected in one book on February 6 in Japan.
Unfortunately, just like with most official Japanese Precure books, this obscure Precure manga is currently not officially licensed in English in Western countries, such as the United States.

The Cure Rose Garden has always been concealed from the human eye. Flora, the area's guardian, watches over it and ensures that the path to the secret area doesn't appear. However, Eternal, an art organization known for amassing treasure and artwork from many worlds, is trying to get to the garden. Flora senses the danger and sends a letter to Nozomi and the Pretty Cure, who regain their ability to transform and fight alongside a new warrior, Milky Rose.
