Tropical Rouge! Precure is a manga adaptation of the 2021 Precure anime season of the same name. Futago Kamikita wrote it.
The manga adaption of Tropical-Rouge! Pretty Cure has been serialized in Nakayoshi in Japan since March 2021. The Kamikita Twins created it in the February 2022 issue. It was created by the Kamikita Twins.
It replaced the Healin' Good♥Pretty Cure manga, followed by the Delicious Party♡Pretty Cure manga in 2022.
Unfortunately, just like most official Japanese Precure books, this obscure Precure manga about Mermaids is currently not officially licensed in English in Western countries, such as the United States.

It's an exciting day for fashionable teenager Manatsu Natsumi, who is moving into the big city for the first time. Upon arriving, Manatsu is immediately charmed by the city's spectacles. However, things turn unbelievable when she encounters Laura—a real-life mermaid!
Laura is searching for the Pretty Cure, a group of radiant warriors who may have the key to rescuing the Grand Ocean, Laura's home. This duty soon falls upon Manatsu, whose unwavering determination causes her to awaken as one of the Pretty Cure: the vivid Cure Summer. As new friends join the team, Manatsu must adapt to her hectic new life while protecting humanity's liveliness from oceanic invaders! With each battle more complicated than the last, the girls must discover what is truly valuable to them.
