Shimoku Kio (木尾士目 Kio Shimoku?, born 1974) is a Japanese manga artist known mostly for his manga Genshiken, published in Japan by Afternoon Magazine and by Del Rey in the United States. It is about a manga, anime, and gaming club in a Japanese university.
