Shigeharu Shiba (斯波重治 Shiba Shigeharu?) is an anime audio director and producer born in 1932 in Tokyo, Japan. He graduated from Tokyo University of Education and went on to form the Jiyū Theatre Troupe. Shiba then joined Omnibus Promotion, were he worked on anime TV series, OVAs, and movies.[1]
