Notes
- "I Want to Hold Your Hand" is a cover of the song of the same name originally written and performed by The Beatles.
- The songs on the first album are different versions from what appeared on the series. In particular, Sailor Mercury's "Only a Memory Away" was heavily rewritten.
- In the episode called "Raye's Day In The Spotlight", Raye sings two songs titled "Call My Name (I'll Be There)" and "Oh, Starry Night" on the stage as compared to the CD album.
- There are 2 versions of the Sailor Moon: Lunarock CD. The first is the original version released in Canada by EMI and the second is another version released in North America by Kid Rhino. Their track listings are identical but some of the songs are different such as "I Want Someone To Love" (listed as "RAW RE-MIX" on the Kid Rhino release) & "I Want To Hold Your Hand".
- There is a fourth album that was released by Kid Rhino called Sailor Moon: Unnatural Phenomena, which contained audio direct from the TV episode of the same name with added narration. It also featured the song, "She's Got The Power" from the original album. This was released as an audio cassette only release.
