Mashin Hero Wataru 2 (魔神英雄伝ワタル2 Mashin Eiyūden Wataru 2?) is an anime series by Sunrise Animation. It is a sequel series to Mashin Hero Wataru.
The 51-episode series began production on March 9, 1990. Sunrise credited "Hajime Yatate," Shūji Iuchi, and Hiroi Oji for the story. Iuchi directed the series.[1]
In the series Wataru returns to the alternate world with an upgraded Ryujinmaru to battle Doakudar.
