Kyōsei Tsukui (津久井 教生 Tsukui Kyōsei?, real name Tsukui Norio, using the same kanji), is a former seiyū born March 27, 1961 in Tokyo, Japan. He used to work for 81 Produce until his retirement due to ALS.
