Kazuko Sugiyama (杉山 佳寿子 Sugiyama Kazuko?), née Kazuko Shibukawa (渋川佳寿子 Shibukawa Kazuko?, born April 9, 1947) is a voice actress who was born in Nagoya and works for Aoni Production.
In February 2010, she received a "Merit Awards" from the 4th Seiyū Awards.[1]
She is most known for the roles of Heidi (Alps no Shoujo Heidi), Ganmo (Gu-Gu Ganmo), Ten-chan (Urusei Yatsura), Akane Kimidori (Dr. Slump and Arale-chan), and Korosuke (Kiteretsu Daihyakka).
