Hiroshi Masuoka (増岡 弘 Masuoka Hiroshi?) (born August 7, 1936 - March 21, 2020) was a prolific Japanese seiyū from Saitama who is perhaps most known for his role as Masuo Fuguta in Sazae-san in Japan, also known as Jam Ojisan in Anpanman.

He also notably voiced Master Roshi during the last episodes of Dragon Ball Z and all of Dragon Ball GT following Kohei Miyauchi's death. He currently works for Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Societyworked for the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society until his retirement in 2019.

On August 5, 2019, it was announced that Masuoka retired and that his roles in Sazae-san and Soreike! Anpanman are taken over by Hideyuki Tanaka and Kōichi Yamadera.

On March 21, 2020 Masuoka passed away from Rectal cancer.
