Hekiru Shiina (椎名 へきる Shiina Hekiru, born March 12, 1974) is a professional seiyū and J-pop singer who was born in Higashi-kurume, Tokyo. Shiina is 152 cm tall.
Shiina is contracted with Arts Vision, a major agency for talent in Tokyo, and Sony Music Records, her record label.
Shiina is also the first official seiyuu for Rockman ("Mega Man" outside Japan) (1995-1996).
