George Morikawa (森川 ジョージ Morikawa Jōji?) born January 17, 1966 in Tokyo is male Japanese manga author know for the long running series Hajime no Ippo which as of February 2010 among 90 tankōbon and was adapted into a first anime series of 76 episodes in 2000 by the Madhouse studio,[1] and a follow-up 26 episodes series in 2009.[2]
