"Free!" is a Japanese four-panel comic by the comic artist GAN.[1]
The comic was first guest published in the December 2010 issue of Houbunsha's "Manga Time Kirara MAX" magazine, and then started as a series from October 2011 issue. The series underwent a hiatus temporarily from June 2013 though publication has continued as free email to readers during the hiatus.
The plot of the manga concerns four high school girls; quirky free spirit Atli, common sense Misaki, tsundere Kiska, and long-suffering Tomoe.
