Blake Shepard (born July 23, 1984 in Houston, TX) is an American animator, visual artist, and voice actor for ADV Films and Seraphim Digital Studios. He is known for voicing Leonard Tesatarosa in Full Metal Panic!: The Second Raid, as well as in the Xenosaga: The Animation series as Allen Ridgeley. He is also lead singer and guitarist in a band called Electric Attitude.
